1. GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS - “INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS”

1.1 Generalities

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business operations that has been concluded between  Hotel Maison Rouge SA and private persons.

These general terms and conditions are an integral part of the sales contract.

 

1.2 Capacity

Any client of the 'Maison Rouge Hotel S.A.' acknowledges having the capacity of contracting to the conditions described in the sales terms and conditions set out hereafter, i.e. any client who is of voting age and not under supervision or guardianship.

Any client of the ‘Maison Rouge Hotel S.A.’ acknowledges being aware of these sales terms and conditions before placing his order. Consequently, once this order is placed, the client must completely adhere to the general sales terms and conditions of the Maison Rouge Hotel SA and must unreservedly accept all their dispositions.

 

1.3 Displaying rates

All rates are displayed in Euros, City Taxe not included. VAT is always included.

Rates which are subject to specific rules, such as single room occupancy supplements and child reductions are given to you for information purposes. We will inform you of any changes before confirming your order.

 

1.4 Payment method

Payments can be made by bank transfer, in cash or by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club), cheques, apart from foreign cheques.

 

1.5 Force majeure

By force majeure, we mean any event beyond the parties’ control, of both an unforeseeable and irresistible nature, which prevents the client, in undertaking the trip, from performing all or part of the obligations set out in the contract.

This will especially be the case when there are transport or hotel industry staff strikes, insurrection, riots and any prohibition enacted by the Governmental and Public Authorities.

It is expressly agreed that, for parties, the force majeure exonerates them from their reciprocal obligations.

 

1.6 Complaints

Any complaints should be addressed to the Maison Rouge Hotel SA, by registered letter, within 30 days following the return from the trip which is the subject of the complaint.

 

1.7 General rules relating to the hotel industry

In the international hotel industry, it is customary to take possession of the room from 3pm and to make it available before noon.

 

2. SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1 Services included in the fixed rate

Only services explicitly mentioned in the order or reservation letter are part of the fixed rate

 

2.2 Reservation terms and conditions

To guarantee the reservation, the 1st night of the stay is paid in advance as a deposit, taken from the credit card number you give us.

 

2.3 Cancellation at the client’s request

>>> Partial or total.

Any cancellation must be sent to the Maison Rouge Hotel SA either by fax or email.

This cancellation must arrive at least 2 days before the planned trip. The date on which the fax or email is received will be the date retained for the cancellation.

If the client does not adhere to this schedule, the Hotel Maison Rouge SA will consider it as a cancellation requested by the client, without adhering to the conditions set out above.

It will therefore be kept or paid in advance of the cancellation indemnities which are broken down as follows :

More than 2 days before arrival The instalment is reimbursed

Within 2 days before arrival The deposit of 01 night will be kept by the Hotel.

No show The deposit of 01 night will be kept by the Hotel.

 

>>> DURING PARLIAMENTARY SESSIONS AND CHRISTMAS MARKET, Partial or total :

Any cancellation must be sent to the Maison Rouge Hotel SA either by fax or email.

This cancellation must arrive at least 2 days before the planned trip. The date on which the fax or email is received will be the date retained for the cancellation.

If the client does not adhere to this schedule, the Hotel Maison Rouge SA will consider it as a cancellation requested by the client, without adhering to the conditions set out above.

It will therefore be kept or paid in advance of the cancellation indemnities which are broken down as follows :

More than 7 days before arrival The instalment is reimbursed

Within 7 days before arrival The deposit of 01 night will be kept by the Hotel.

No show The deposit of 01 night will be kept by the Hotel.

 

>>> WHEN THE RESERVATION IS IN EARLY BOOKING RATE, Partial or total :

A reservation booked at a special price “Early Booking”, cannot be amended, cannot be cancelled and cannot be refunded
